It’s important to keep nutritious snacks around to keep for you and your children healthy. Here are some  delicious and nutritious ideas:

  • Any fresh vegetable with hummus
  • Bananas
  • Honeydew melon
  • Cottage cheese

  • Oatmeal (slow-cooked, not instant)
