Pediatric Critical Care Transport
With more than two decades of experience, Penn State Life Lion Pediatric Critical Care Transport Unit is made up of an emergency medical technician driver, registered nurse and paramedic. A neonatal and pediatric intensive care specialist and respiratory therapist accompany the team on transports as needed for patient care. The unit transports high-acuity pediatric and neonatal patients requiring advanced airway management or ventilator support and complicated or multiple intravenous medications.
Features of Life Lion Critical Care Transport focus on the safety and comfort of the tiniest patients.
