Kelly Weller joined Penn State Children’s Hospital neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in 2015. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2014 and then became a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner through the National Certification Corporation. Kelly is a guest lecturer in the Neonatal Critical Care course for new NICU nurses. She was an active member of NICU Patent Ductus Arteriosus Management group and is a member of the Quality Improvement team for Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia Management. Kelly also serves as a preceptor/mentor for student and graduate Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
