We place particular emphasis on causes and programs that support and enhance community health, as they have a direct impact on improving the health of residents within our service area.
All organizations must have 501(c)(3) status and be located in one of our primary service area:

How to apply
At least 45 days before your event or program, please submit a community sponsorship request form.
Send the form and any related documentation to Jessica Wadsworth at email@example.com. Alternatively, you may mail it to:

Your request will be evaluated by the director of Community Relations. If it’s approved, it will go to the executive director for evaluation and, finally, to the associate vice president and controller of Penn State College of Medicine. If all three approve your request, we will send you a check. The entire approval process takes three to four weeks.
If your application isn’t approved, we notify you using your method of entry, typically within two weeks of submission.
