Overview

Penn State Pediatric Rheumatology offers an ACGME accredited three-year fellowship in the principles and practice of pediatric rheumatology. Our mission is to educate fellows in the recognition and treatment of all pediatric rheumatologic conditions, to give fellows the tools necessary to participate in research dedicated to improving the lives of children with autoimmune diseases, and to prepare fellows for a successful career in academic medicine.

The program provide exposure to a wide array of rheumatologic conditions, with almost 5,000 outpatient visits per year. Our division consists of five pediatric rheumatologists, with all members actively involved in research and education.
