About Me
I am a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner and the lead of the NICU Advanced Practice Provider group. I am also a provider in the NICU Neurodevelopmental Follow-up Clinic. I work closely with Amish and Mennonite communities and was named a Health Care Hero for outreach education by the Central Penn Business Journal in 2023.
I received national certification for care of extremely low birth weight newborns in 2020 and serve on the NICU's Small Baby Unit committee. I am involved in multiple quality improvement projects, including delivery room resuscitation, hypoglycemia management, and neonatal transport. I also serve on the Pennsylvania Perinatal Quality Collaborative for substance-exposed newborns. My clinical interests include outreach education, substance-exposed newborns, and resuscitation.
